Rise Retreat Terms & Conditions
The retreat investment is CAD$997 for Early Bird pricing and CAD$1,297 for regular pricing. A CAD$300 non-refundable reservation deposit is included in the pricing.
Payment of CAD$997 may be made in full or through 3 payments of CAD$333.
Payments may be made by credit card, PayPal or Interac e-Transfer.
If you choose a payment plan, all scheduled payments must be completed before attending the retreat and the remaining balance must be paid in full no later than May 5, 2027.
Missed or declined payments must be resolved within seven (7) days. If a payment cannot be processed and is not resolved within seven (7) days, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. Any refund, if applicable, will be handled according to the cancellation policy.
Cancellations made on or before April 5, 2027 receive a refund of all amounts paid minus the $300 reservation deposit.
Cancellations made after April 5, 2027 are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another participant with prior written approval from the organizer no later than May 5, 2027.
Choosing not to attend the retreat does not cancel your payment plan. Any remaining payments are still due according to the agreed schedule, subject to the cancellation policy.
Failure to attend the retreat without prior cancellation is considered a no-show. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued.
Transportation to and from the retreat is not included. Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation.
Early Bird pricing is available until September 30, 2026, or until all 5 Early Bird tickets have been sold, whichever comes first.
Guests paying in full receive a complimentary 1-on-1 coaching session, redeemable within 6 months after the retreat. The complimentary session is non-transferable, has no cash value and is forfeited if the retreat booking is cancelled.
If the organizer needs to cancel the retreat due to circumstances within their control, participants will be offered the choice of transferring their registration to a future retreat date, service or a refund.
If the retreat must be cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organizer's reasonable control (Force Majeure), including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, venue-related issues, government restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances, the organizer will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the retreat.
The organizer is not responsible for airfare, transportation, accommodations booked outside the retreat or other personal travel expenses.
